Bishop’s Committee

The governing body for St. Clare’s

Jeff Waters

Jeff Waters is a retired financial advisor currently serving as Verger at St. Clare’s. He lives with his wife, Carol at Snoqualmie Ridge. He is editor for the Northwest Watercolor Society and teaches watercolor classes for various organizations. His two daughters, Amy and Jill have given him four wonderful grandchildren. The people of St. Clare’s are a huge part of his life.

Amy Workman

I have been a member of St. Clare’s for 12 years. My husband and I moved to the Valley in 2003, and found this small, church community. We brought our children up here. Our family has grown over the years … as well has St. Clare’s.

Mary Fairbrook

My family and I have been members of St Clare’s congregation for close to 10 years. The best part of being a member of St Clare’s is that our daughters feel right at home here. They enjoy going to church every Sunday, it is something we do. They know and trust everyone here and our faith continues to grow.

Jason Workman

My name is Jason Workman, the St. Clare Treasurer. One of the aspects that attracted me to St Clare’s was the ability to get to know everyone on a personal level that I could not find at a larger church. When I came here I felt like I was home, where I was supposed to be. I invite you to come spend some time with us and allow us to get to know you.

Abbie Crane

I discovered St. Clare’s Church in 1993 and have been a member ever since. I worked as a sign language interpreter for 16 years, retiring in 2006. I’m happy to have the privilege of serving on the Bishop’s Committee. In my free time, I love to garden, read, play the viola da gamba , and spend time…

Nancy Byrnes

My name is Nancy Byrnes and I have been a member of St. Clare’s since 1999. I have witnessed the destruction of our former church building due to flooding yet have seen the buildings on the site transform into useful people filled sanctuaries for all to be welcomed. In my day job I am elementary…

Jill Jueling

I have been a member of St. Clare’s for the past four years and was recently elected to the Bishop’s Committee as Junior Warden. I am blessed to be a member of such a caring community, and I look forward to serving God through my involvement with St. Clare’s.
